1. Account Troubleshooting

Age Verification Failure: If your account has been flagged or fails the onboarding age gate, ensure that you provide accurate verification parameters. If you believe your account was flagged in error, contact support with your registration email details.

Profile Updates: You can edit your username, avatar images, gender preference, and bio details directly from the Profile Settings tab inside the app. Changes update in matching decks immediately.

2. Messaging & Matching Issues

No New Matches: If you are not seeing profile cards in your deck, try expanding your matching preference filters (country, region, or gender parameters) inside the settings panel. If filters are too narrow, the active discovery pool may deplete temporarily.

Failed Voice/Video Calls: Ensure you have granted microphone and camera permissions to the Chattify application in your mobile device's operating system settings. An active, stable internet connection is required for video calls.

3. Subscription & Billing

Restoring Purchases: If you upgraded your account or purchased coins/points and do not see them active, tap the Restore Purchases button located inside the in-app monetization panel. Ensure you are logged into the same Google Play or Apple ID account used for the purchase.

Cancelling Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions must be managed directly through Google Play Billing settings or Apple ID StoreKit settings. Deleting the application or your account does not cancel billing cycles.

4. Safety & Reporting Abuse

Reporting Violations: If you encounter a user violating our community guidelines, tap their profile card and select the report option. You can upload screenshot logs and detail the infraction.

Blocked Users: The instant block control cuts off matches immediately. Once blocked, the user is permanently hidden from your discovery pool and cannot contact you.
